Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation through in-person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses
- Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues Ideal Candidate
- Have an active real estate license.
- A great communicator who loves working with people
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for learning new skills

Generally, full-time real estate agents at Helgeson/ Platzke Real Estate Group make $80,000 – $200,000+. Whether you’re a licensed agent who is looking to grow your career, or you’re brand new and have questions about what a real estate career can do for you, we’d love to talk. We have been able to double sometimes triple agent’s current production within the first 12-18 months of joining our team.

Qualifications:
- Hold a real estate license

- Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
- Familiarity with the local real estate market

- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred

- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
- Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Some weekend and evening hours required
