Addison joined The Helgeson Platzke Real Estate Group in 2018. As the operational manager, his role is to help the company grow, evolve, and remain at the cutting edge of today’s real estate. He implements process improvement to shape organizational culture, and optimizes procedures for higher efficiency. He establishes positive and effective communication amongst agents and organization leadership. He engages new methods, practices, and procedural changes required to improve performance and productivity. By reviewing operations reports, AJ gains an understanding of current numbers and trends. He directs initiatives to improve work environment, company culture, and overall business strategy. He develops systems that track and log work issues, which allows for the initiation of progressive solutions.
