The most colorful time of the year, fall is upon us. If you’re looking for some fun to go with your pumpkin spice, look no further! Eden Prairie’s got a couple of good socially distanced fall fun adventures for the whole family. So get out and enjoy what’s left of fall and celebrate Halloween.
October 16, 2020, The Great Pumpkin Path, 6 pm – 9 pm, Riley Park 9180 Riley Lake Road
First, pick up your pumpkin at Marshalls Farm Market. Then create your best jack-o-lantern. Turn it into the folks at Riley-Jacques Homestead and Park so that they can display it along the Great Pumpkin Path for judging.
Then, take a 25-minute stroll along the jack-o-lantern lit trail to find your creation! When you’re done, you can visit an art station, try the scavenger hunt and stick around to see if your jack-o-lantern won a prize!
Jack-O-Lanterns will be judged and prizes awarded in the following categories: Funniest, Scariest, Best Decorated, Best Carved and Most Original

October 23 – 24, 2020, Not So Scary Nature Trail, 6 pm – 8 pm , Outdoor Center 13765 Staring Lake Parkway Eden Prairie, MN
There’s something about getting outside and enjoying a crisp fall October evening. That’s just what you’ll get to do when you visit the Not So Scary Nature Trail at Staring Lake Park.
Walk among the jack-o-lanterns and learn about all the not so scary parts of Halloween. There will be learning stations where you’ll learn more about and get treats from bats, owls, and eagles.
