When offers came in, he would call after getting unwritten info from buyers’ agents and discuss the pros and cons of each offer, hear our thoughts, and come up with creative ideas on the spot which were always positively surprising but well received by us. He would then negotiate hard on our behalf for the best offer.
Ryan associates himself with the best professionals across all areas of selling a property that really benefited us. He is a one-stop shop for us for painters, landscapers, staging agents, property runners, snow removers, junk pickup, weekly checkup of a vacant property, and anything we needed to keep our house safe and continuously marketable once it was listed. He is attentive to not only the quality of work of people he recommends, but also the expenses to minimize our upfront costs.
We are particularly grateful and thankful to his agent, Abby. Abby is the best manager we could have ever asked to manage the sales.
