Some news by the numbers: new listings have increased by 4.5% this month, rising all the way to 7,679. Pending sales fell 1.1%, and inventory levels dropped 1.2% to 9,667 homes available. The median sales price in the Twin Cities increased 5.2%, rising all the way to 281,000. This reflects the movement of the market back to sellers. The days a unit spent on the market increased by 5.7% to 56 days on the market when compared to last year’s 53 days.
